Motion
The picture that shows a fast shutter speed is the seventh picture. In this picture we used a shutter speed of 1/60. This picture is of me spinning around in a circle with my hair down and spinning too. The distance we were at was a medium distance about 7 feet away straight on. I played around with the brightness and contrast levels to make the image pop and become more defined. The rule of thirds was used because I am not centered in the middle of the picture, I am off to the left a little and there is a complete background of the football field and bleachers.
The picture that has the slowest shutter speed is the ninth picture. In this picture we used a shutter speed of 2". This is a picture of Hailey's arm throwing a pom pom up in the air. By using a slower shutter speed her arm disappeared and the pom pom became stretched out and blurry. The distance was about 3 feet away. To make this image pop out I edited it in photoshop by changing the brightness and contrast levels. The rule of thirds was present in his picture because the pom-pom was to the left and the arm was to the right and not centered.

Painting with Light
My favorite picture is the second picture. This image was taken at a 1/15 second shutter speed. The light source we used was the tube that changes color. This image was achieved by having someone stand behind Tallie to outline her body very closely. This image allowed the colors to look like they are coming out of her body, adding an interesting look on the photo.
